How do I make selections for my new project?
Come visit us at our showroom in Lindon. Located at 957 W 150 N UNIT C in Lindon UT. We are in the Flooring Solutions Building. Please arrange an appointment so we can meet you there to help you make your decisions for your project.
Do I need to apply for a permit to finish my basement?
Yes you do. In the state of Utah it is actually a misdemeanor if you do not pull a city permit when finishing your basement. We will take care of drawing and submitting your permit and meeting with the city for each inspection. So no need to worry, we got you covered.
Do I need to be home while my basement is being finished?
You actually do not. We ask that you leave a basement window unlocked from 8am to 6pm each day so our team can come and go as needed. This will keep people and debris from being in your living space. All building materials including sheetrock will be brought through the window with the exception of something large that cannot fit through a window. We will notify you if this is the case and will ask about access through your home to bring that in.
How long will my project take to complete?
Each project is different, but a typical basement will be 8 to 9 weeks from the day we start to our final cleaning. Basement without bathrooms can be much shorter.
